Construction of New Toilet Block – Quinns Rocks Sports Club
The Quinns Rocks Sports Club (QRSC) is inviting qualified builders and contractors to submit tenders for the construction of a new toilet block at our club facilities. This project forms part of our ongoing commitment to improving amenities for our members, players, and visitors.
We are currently seeking indicative pricing to assist in finalizing project funding, with construction anticipated to commence around February 2026 (subject to funding approval and permitting).
The QRSC Has Planning Approval from the City of Wanneroo.

Requirements

Submission Process
All completed tenders must be submitted electronically in PDF format to tenders@qrsc.com.au no later than 12:00 PM on 31st December 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.
